We love all of our clients at Rossi's, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Barber Shop. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. Cancellation Policy

At Rossi's, we understand cancellations are a part of a scheduled business; however, we ask that you please provide us at least 48-hours notice if you know you are unable to make an appointment. This is to enable us to have enough time for the stylist to fill the spot. Life isn’t perfect and sometimes things pop up without being able to give a 48-hour notice. Although we address each of these situations on an individual basis, cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are subject to a 50% charge of the service. Habitual cancellations will equire a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the service to rebook.

No Call/No Show Policy

No call/No show appointments are subject to a 50% charge and pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service before booking again. Unfortunately, after two no call/no show incidents, we will require the appointment to be paid in full beforehand, which is non-refundable.
